You need to get down from that obsolete world of wonder you have in that delusional head of yours and come back down to earth. Please don't go all Confucius on me. You will just show to us your "incredible" command of the English language. =)
You can pretend all you want, but like in law. The material facts will stay the same. The law will not change for you. Equity is separate from common law. Even if you choose to appeal for equity, you have to have "clean hands".
That being the case, you can't apply. =)
